Check-in:
We require proof of ownership and ID sending as part of the application.
Please bring the car down in person along with documentation, and complete the storage agreement upon arrival.
Any special requirements or notes about a vehicle will be written down. Copy for us, copy for you.
Remote Check-in:
If you are unable to make it to site directly and we conduct an on-line check-in with transportation, we will send over a maintenance report including photos for extra peace of mind, complimentary.
The above documentation would need sending for Remote Check-in. We prefer to talk on the phone prior to confirming a booking. Please arrange a telephone appointment.
Complimentary Maintenance Plan:
Usually, we check the interior of a car whilst starting it up (every 60 days). When warming the engine we check to ensure the tires are inflated too, before carrying out a simple car roll to ensure the brakes remain unstuck.
We can leave the car completely untouched upon request allowing you to come directly the facility, and maintain it when you do a 'car swop'.
- Ensure the battery life is maintained by charging / preserving if not used.
- 60-day inspection of car inside and out.
- Provide a soft breathable dust cover.
- 60-day engine warm up regulation warm up of cooling fans, fluid levels and electrical components which are checked.
- 60-day car roll to help prevent flat spotting, increase tire life and prevent brake lockage.
We provide car wipe downs, and quick interior hoover-outs to remove any dirt or dust, especially after a vehicle is returned back to the unit.

The above maintenance is included in your storage agreement @ £180pm No Vat.
Ideal if you are unable to attend the vehicle yourself for a few months, or outside the country for a period of time.
Car Care package including trickle charge electric, and gentle car run on private land (if requested) is INCLUDED in the price.
Pre-check (for car swop) ensuring the car starts, tires are inflated correctly, windscreen is clean, wheels are free from dust. INCLUDED in the price.
Transportation:
All types of vehicles are safely transported.
We provide a trusted third-party company who transport vehicles in a covered trailer, who are fully insured and experienced in moving all types of vehicles safely.
For remote check-in we send over an inspection report including photos for extra peace of mind.
Alternatively, please obtain your own quote for transportation and we can meet yourself or the transporter company on-site.
Collection or Drop-off:
We provide clients an inclusive concierge service. Able to take you home or to the nearest railway station. Collection is also possible too so long as you don't live too far away. Just ask us when you inquire.
Just let us know in advance to make an arrangement convenient with yourself.
