Insurance:
Vehicles stored must have in place their own personal car Insurance cover.
When you book-in send over a copy of the storage agreement to the Insurance company so they know where the vehicle is securely stored. Often they reduce the premium down.
Car Swop:
You are welcome to 'swop your car'. You can take-out a stored vehicle and leave the everyday one parked up inside it's bay. Then just 'swop' back when done.
This is a complimentary service.
You may also spend a little time down here at the unit cleaning the car. It's sometimes nice to get away from the stress of normal life. Use the valeting bay, hoover it out, give it a slow polish.
Battery Conditioner:
A battery conditioner is recommended for vehicles stored medium-to-long term. This to ensure the electronics remain in full working order, and to prevent a battery replacement.
We use an automatic 8-step charger designed to protect vehicle electronics, non-sparking, reverse polarity protected, short-circuit proof, splash and dust proof.
C-tech chargers are the best around.
Carcoon - Bubble Storage System:
Customers are welcome to bring a storage bubble.
These are super-atmospheric circulating airflow systems that run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Providing a comfortable climate free environment even safer from the elements.
Not really needed - but provided as a FREE option for untouched long term vehicle preservations.
